I am grateful to have the “Balancing Your Emotions” CD as part of my overall health regime. Listening to it from track two on my morning walk helps to establish calm and a sense of balance for the day. Not only an integral part of my daily meditation walks, I also find it helpful when I feel challenged by a particular life situation. In this case, it provides a place of refuge and shifts me back to a more centered, grounded place – what a fabulous companion to maintain balance and peace. Thank you!
