“I created a personalized recording with Nicklas to address specific things I wanted to program into my consciousness. I listened to it almost every night before falling asleep for two weeks one to three times a day. I definitely looked forward to the experience as it put me in such a restful and positive place.

What struck me most about the effectiveness of the recording was the directness with which it seemed to work on my emotional brain. The combination of hearing the warmth and compassion of Nicklas’s voice delivering messages, that we had so carefully worked out in the session and that I knew I needed to hear, was immediately effective. I noticed calmness within days that I had not felt in a long time. It was as if I knew that my mind was being fed the exact material it required to do its processing efficiently, giving me the confidence that I could move on through my day and still be working on issues at a very deep level. The convenience of having this recording tool at my fingertips for as many or as few sessions as I felt I needed was a great bonus. I was able to use my intuition about when I needed to listen to the recording and it helped me to process in a very new and very personal way.

All in all the recording allowed me to grow as an individual, taking charge of my emotional self and honoring the timing of my own healing process. That is a great gift.”
