All of the Whole Life Mind Fitness modules were designed by Nicklas Ehrlich MSW, RCC, RSW, with the goal of empowering individuals to reprogram their unconscious minds and become their optimal selves from the comfort of their own home. Through short video lessons, exercises, and online group coaching you can learn techniques to make lasting change in your life.
Who is this program for?
When it comes to mind fitness and resiliency, these are tools that anyone can benefit from learning and implementing into their daily life, but in particular, this program was designed for those who want to:
- Better manage stress
- Transform thought patterns that are holding them back in business, relationships, or social situations
- Overcome fears and suppressed negative feelings
- Enhance time management and productivity
- Achieve greater success in one’s personal or professional life
Modules offered
This program has a series of modules. You can sign up for the entire program with the Whole Life Mind Fitness Package which ends up being 8-weeks in total. Alternatively you can start with the first 2-week module and then pick and choose from the supplementary 2-week modules. The first module is a prerequisite for any of the other modules, as it teaches techniques that will be used in the supplementary modules.
Module 1: Resiliency & Mind Fitness
This module sets you up with the foundational tools to understand and reprogram your unconscious mind. You’ll learn effective techniques to reframe and reprogram for resiliency.

Module 2: Physical Health & Fitness
This module includes guest speaker Dr. Terrie Van Alstyne, ND. and provides you information for optimal nutrition for the brain, how natropathic medicine can help with mental health & fitness, and how exercise & food can be made simple to promote health & fitness.

Module 3: Relationship Health & Fitness (Romantic, Family, Social, Work)
This module includes information on effective communication and collaboration skills, effective boundary setting, how to enhance your “emotional intelligence” as well as effective conflict resolution skills

Learn how to find your purpose and passion in your career, how to set goals and create a practical map for lower stress and greater success, as well as habits and attitudes that affect your decisions related to saving, spending, earning, and investing.
